Responsibilities

  • Perform front-end testing of applications as if you were an end-user
  • Create QA reports and log findings based on the outcome of QA test cycles
  • Champion and continue to improve the quality assurance process
  • Create test plans, requirements, scenarios and test data for use during testing
  • Provide feedback to developers and managers around UX based outcomes
  • Establish end-user acceptance testing processes for development teams to follow
  • Develop proficiency in the FileMaker, Salesforce, and Web product lines (training provided)
  • Work to continuously improve internal processes

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years software testing experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
  • Exceptional communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Passion for service
  • Results-oriented
  • Consistently deliver value to customers
  • Exhibit signs of leadership, creativity and a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong familiarity with software development lifecycle practices
  • Keen eye for user interface design preferred
  • Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with EOS methodology is a plus
  • Qualified candidates must reside in or plan to relocate to one of the following states: Indiana, Ohio, New York, Colorado, or Texas
